Named after Baker Beam, grand nephew of the legendary Jim Beam, Baker's® Bourbon is seven-years-old and hand-bottled at 107 proof., Baker's Bourbon utilizes a special strain of jug yeast that has been in the family for over 60 years. This time tested yeast provides Baker's with a silky smooth texture and consistent taste from batch to batch. The mix of grains, yeast, and seven soothing years in new oak combine to give this bourbon a deeply mellow, richly flavorful, medium-bodied taste with a delicious aroma full of fruit and vanilla.
The eponymous Basil Hayden's® Bourbon dates back to 1796, when Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. created a recipe unlike any other. He used a traditional corn base, but mixed in small grains in his mash to capture the spicy flavor of rye and complement the sweet smoothness of corn. More than 200 years later, Basil Hayden's is a singular bourbon that bridges the flavor of rye whiskies and small batch bourbons together. It impresses with notes of pepper balanced by slight citrus overtones, and a spicy, warming finish. Aged eight years at a relatively mild 80 proof.
Colonel Albert B. Blanton first bottled his private reserve bourbon nearly a century ago. Blanton believed the “center-cut” or middle sections of Warehouse H were the best for aging his bourbon. Personally tasting and choosing each barrel, these barrels were reserved and bottled for ambassadors, dignitaries, family and friends becoming the world’s first single barrel bourbon. A spicy aroma of Dried Citrus and Orange Peels with a hint of Caramel and Vanilla. Palate Entry: Full and soft, marked by a mix of Burnt Sugar, Caramel, Orange, and Cloves. Finish: Muted but well balanced with Vanilla, Honey, and Citrus.

BULLEIT 10 YR
Bulleit 10 leads with oak on the entry, strong but not overwhelming. The oak is supported by a really nice cinnamon spice, vanilla, and rye grain. The cinnamon spice intensifies in the midpalate coming to near parity with the oak and then leads to a slightly spicy finish. The finish has a really nice dry quality to it which is extremely well executed. The finish creates this nice bookend to balance out the spirit, which comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb. Although the oak and cinnamon spice notes are strong, the bourbon is never hot and it drinks a lot easier than its 91.2 proof.
Nose: Complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak
Taste: Bold, dry, oaky flavors with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa

GEORGE DICKEL BARREL SELECT
Aged between 10–12 years, this 86-proof gem provides a consistently smooth taste, perfect balance, rich amber color and a hint of vanilla. Aided by charcoal mellowing and the slow aging process, these distinct characteristics create a super-premium whiskey.
On the nose, Jack Daniel's Black Label offers gentle aromas of caramel, vanilla, and butterscotch. A hint of wood is apparent and toffee notes begin to appear in the glass as it opens up. On the palate, Jack Daniel's has a smooth smoky sweetness. Jack Daniels has a reputation for a light licorice note to all of their whiskies and its readily apparent in Black Label. The licorice note isn't overwhelming and lends a nice background note to flavors of vanilla, toasted oak, fresh brewed coffee, nuts and English toffee
JACK DANIELS GENTLEMAN JACK
The toasty, oaky, oily, smoky bouquet is fat and buttery in the first nosing pass; with further air contact deeper aromas emerge, most notably, honey, old saddle leather and walnuts. In the mouth, there's a wide range of tantalizing flavors, including loose tobacco, raisins and coffee. The finish bites the tongue at first, then mellows into a Sherried, almondy taste. Complex, multilayered, and luscious.
Char on the sides develop into honey, nuts, and an almost grape sweetness in the background. Graininess melts into a little red spice, and a bit of liquorice. Wood tannins break away into a neat corn finish... very pleasant corn finish actually.
JIM BEAM BLACK
The nose is classic: bourbon vanilla with some sweet coal and honey. The thin body brings forth a hard butter candy arrival followed by pepper that turns into orange peel. It then develops further back into butter to then finish up in wood and charcoal.
Knob Creek bourbon was created in the style of turn of the century bourbon. Knob Creek embodies the bold flavor that has made Kentucky famous for bourbon. Aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons – 9 years – in charred American white oak, it strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavor. Knob Creek is perfect straight or cooled slightly with one or two ice cubes.
If any bourbon has the perfect mouthfeel, Maker's Mark is it. This is a light sweet whiskey that caresses and teases the palate. Too thin and this whiskey would feel watery, too full bodied and it would lose its elegance. Maker's Mark has the perfect body for the flavor profile it offers.On the palate, Maker's offers a sure solution to anyone suffering from a sweet-tooth. Creme brulee dominates, with huge caramel and vanilla notes on the forefront before giving way to soft notes of burnt sugar and molasses at the end.On the finish, Maker's offers more warm notes of fresh baked molasses cookies, apple pie spice, vanilla and caramel.
MAKERS MARK 46
On the nose, the classic Maker's Mark sweetness peaks through a veil of spice. Cinnamon, clove, and allspice appear before making way for the classic Maker's signature vanilla and caramel notes to arrive. There is more wood on the nose than red wax Maker's, but it is in balanced and very pleasing. Again, like red wax Maker's, Maker's 46 has just enough mouthfeel to coat the mouth, but isn't to thick or oily to be unctuous. Wonderful spice notes hit the palate first, before creme brulee and fresh warm caramels make an appearance. There is a pleasing toasted oak note to this bourbon, but what is particularly interesting is that it comes early on the palate, leaving room for the finish without creating unpleasant smoky flavors before the end.
On the finish, Maker's 46 presents a longer finish than its cousin, red wax Maker's. Big vanilla notes dominate, with lip-tingling spice, caramel and orange marmalade notes appearing before a quick hint of milk chocolate appears to provide the dessert course to the finish. Warm and lingering, this is a very pleasing finish to an world class whiskey.
MICHTERS 10 YR SINGLE BARREL
The "Best American Whiskey” according to Food & Wine magazine, this rare single-barrel bourbon is distilled according to the Michter’s tradition and quality standards dating back to the year 1753, over two decades before the Declaration of Independence was signed.. Its amazing how many flavors you can get from corn and oak barrels. Immediately your nose gets hit with maple, then butterscotch. Mapley yet floral, and finishes with a spicey ALMOST cinnamon-like finish. Its body is amazingly viscous, and definitely coats the mouth, but not at all syrupy.
PARKER'S HERITAGE COLLECTION 6TH EDITION
Here is the new edition of Mr. Parker Beam's Heritage collection. This bourbon is an unusual compromise between two schools of bourbon. A wheated bourbon drawn from rickhouse T and a classic rye based mashbill from rickhouse R. Both were barreled in 2001 and have been mingled then bottled without chill filtration. Three bottlings will occur producing a total of 7500 bottles at cask strength. Strength will vary slightly between bottlings. As with all Parker's Heritage bourbons the quality is second to none. The rich textural power of the wheater comes through on the palate, while the spice and depth of the rye mashbilled bourbon dominates the nose. A truly unique and wonderful spirit.
REDEMPTION HIGH RYE BOURBON
Aged “over 2 years” and with over 38% rye in the mashbill (high for bourbon). It’s fresh, youthful, and brisk, with sweet corn, bright fruit, brittle mint, cinnamon, and a dusting of cocoa, leading to a slightly aggressive finish.
WILD TURKEY KENTUCKY SPIRIT
A few careful nosings immediately reveals a thick caramel with an underside of woody spice, oily leather, and cherry candy. It's full and juicy, luscious and warm. Mouthfeel is thick but not syprupy. Kentucky Spirit's taste is centered around the charred barrel it was aged in.The sweetness in the nose is subdued in the taste. The woody spiciness comes though with gusto, and a dry grain note is present. On the edges you can find pleasant hints of the cherry candy. In all, it is peppery and lively
The finish is long. Long. Long. It is astringent and nutty, with a burn that starts at the back of your throat and flares to the front and sides of your tongue. You're well aware of its proof after a swallow. And in what may be its most intriguing characteristic, about a full minute after you swallow and the burn dissapates, you're left with a ripe fruitiness; a cognac note that sends you on your way with a smile.
WILD TURKEY RUSSELL'S RESERVE
The Cigar Aficionado describes it as a "heady quaff with a nose of sweet vanilla and buttery cinnamon toast. In the mouth, it shows its age--woodier than other Wild Turkey products. It is very sweet without being cloying, but also informed with the tang of orange peel and some spiciness. The finish is all maple candy. In short, it's a warming tonic for when the weather turns cold..."
W L WELLER SPECIAL RESERVE
The Original “Wheated” Bourbon Whiskey . A medium amber bourbon, bearing a sweetish note with some unusual floral notes and a strong dash of vanilla. The body is big and the palate is very well balanced, flirting between sweet honeyed fruit notes, a strong vanilla undertone and some sharp spicy tones; the finish is long and spicy.

On the nose, Woodford Reserve features a distinctive aroma of freshly baked banana bread that instantly identifies this bourbon as being Woodford. Notes of oak, dark chocolate, cinnamon and orange also appear, creating a bouquet that is both appetizing and rich. Smooth and rich, with flavors of cinnamon, walnut, and allspice complementing both the oak and vanilla tones imparted by barrel maturation. Dark chocolate and orange marmalade notes also caress the palate, while a certain rye spiciness adds a bit of flair to the overall flavor profile.
